November 24, 2020 by adminYou’ll work with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef. For some dishes, the chefs will have done some of the prep for you so that you can maximise your hands-on time with cooking and learning.
French Cookery | Demo & Student practical | Regional | 3 courses | Daytime class.
Welcome to Regional French Cookery with Martin Lovell. The class starts with a coffee and a chat with our master chef Martin, where he’ll get to know you, your experience (no experience is definitely welcome) and answer any of your questions about the class ahead.
After a warm welcome and introduction, we’ll jump on through to our bespoke kitchen areas for demonstrations and cooking. During the demonstrations, Martin will go over popular techniques and tips that will help you create the day’s dishes, as well as any future creations you make at home.
So, get ready to roll up your sleeves, wash your hands and put on that apron!
Martin is always happy to answer any questions via our website’s live chat function or by emailing our cook school and one of the team will get back in touch.
Question: Should we arrive early?
Answer: Please arrive 15 mins prior to the start of the class to allow time for introductions, information and prep. On arrival, you will be directed to our cook school where you can meet Martin and chat about the class.
Question: What should we wear?
Answer: Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe, non-slip footwear. A sanitised apron will be provided for you to use during the class.
Question: Can we take food home with us?
Answer: Of course! Half the fun is enjoying it with friends and family. Please note: we are unable to accept any responsibility or liability for food taken out of the cookery school. However, if you wish to take any food that you have cooked home with you, please bring suitable containers.
