December 23, 2020 by admin

You’ll work with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef. For some dishes, the chefs will have done some of the prep for you so that you can maximise your hands-on time with cooking and learning.

What to Expect

Welcome to Christmas Day Lunch with Martin Lovell. Learn how to prepare your perfect Christmas day Lunch, then take it home ready for Christmas day, all done! Just let us know how many you want to cater for.

The class starts with a coffee and a chat with our master chef Martin, where he’ll get to know you, your experience (no experience is definitely welcome) and answer any of your questions about the class ahead.

After a warm welcome and introduction, we’ll jump on through to our bespoke kitchen areas for demonstrations and cooking. During the demonstrations, Martin will go over popular techniques and tips that will help you create the day’s dishes, as well as any future creations you make at home.

So, get ready to roll up your sleeves, wash your hands and put on that apron!
