At this wonderful dinner party, we served canapés, homemade breads, appetisers, starters, main and dessert – All with no preparation, no cooking and no washing up necessary for the hosts. We do it all for you!
The menu served on the night was:
Seared scallops, crisp pork belly, butternut, sage & truffle oil
Gressingham duck breast, crisp duck leg rillette, celeriac, kale, confit potato, pickled apples, liquorice & tarragon
“Dessert Tasting Plate” with Lemon meringue tart, Rich chocolate brownie and Vanilla pod creme brûlée
