Evening Class – Beer & Butchery – 03/08/21
August 3 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm£90
Been & Butchery | Demo & Student practical | Evening class.
What to Expect
Welcome to Beer & Butchery with Martin Lovell. The class starts with a coffee and a chat with our master chef Martin, where he’ll get to know you, your experience (no experience is definitely welcome) and answer any of your questions about the class ahead.
After a warm welcome and introduction, we’ll jump on through to our bespoke kitchen areas and begin with a butchery demonstration from our local butcher, then Martin will go over preparing chicken for sauté before wrapping up the evening with a beer tasting session from a local brewery.
So, get ready to roll up your sleeves, wash your hands and put on that apron!
- Butchery Demo – Butcher 1/2 lamb or Pig
- Students – Cut a chicken for sauté – Chicken Chasseur
- Beer tasting – with local Brewery
