Martin has gained years of experience in many areas of the Catering industry. From a young age he has worked tirelessly to get to where he is today. Winning numerous awards as a junior chef, he went on to win countless AA rosettes and work at various Michelin star restaurant across Greater London and the Midlands . Now he leads Professional and Private Chef Services from the kitchen, maintaining a very hands on approach to professional catering. In his spare time, Martin teaches at local cooking schools, where he can pass on what he has learnt and in his own words: ‘see the satisfaction people have when they are able to produce a special plate of food.’

Martin applies a very hands-on approach to his work. That’s why he meets with every client face-to-face. To understand their needs and desires and help them to create their perfect menu, so he can be sure he will give them that wow factor. Because as he always says: ‘The WOW is why I do it!’
Having worked in the premium restaurant sector, Martin understands that a great dish isn’t just the combination of amazing ingredients and a skilled chef. The perfect dish is accompanied by professional service, where a chef is respectful of the kitchen he is cooking in and leaves it in a better condition than when he found it.
For Martin, it’s all about using the best, freshest ingredients, prepared from scratch, with absolutely nothing wasted. He enjoys sourcing great ingredients, picking the best himself and bringing them back to the kitchen, to turn them in to a special dish that not only tastes amazing, but has to look amazing too.
